🌿🌿🌿 Tiritiri Matangi Island Wildlife and Bird Sanctuary is one of New Zealand's most important conservation projects.
The trip includes a return ferry and guided tour of the Island - usually $85. The Island itself has beautiful beaches and walking trails, which we'll have plenty of time to explore! The birds on the Island like to fly close to the trails, with over 71 species of birds - some endangered - it is a paradise bustling with life.
On Sunday March 17 we will meet at Queens Wharf at 8:30am, then board the ferry as a group. Only 30 spots are available so make sure you register ASAP as a SASS member!
